How To Set Signature In Outlook 365 Online

Create a signature for your email letters that you lot tin add together automatically to all outgoing messages or manually to specific ones.

Create an electronic mail signature

  1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.

  2. Get toSettings Settings> View all Outlook settings > Compose and reply.

  3. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to modify its appearance.

Manually add your signature to a new message
